Blackpool Sands Beach Marquee Wedding

Well, you can’t have your wedding reception much closer to the beach without getting your feet wet! This marquee was at the stunning Blackpool Sands and even though we are of course we are going to say it ourselves, it really did look amazing!

Our bride and groom dressed the marquee beautifully with a beach-style theme full of bunting, lanterns and festival-style flags, incorporating both elegance and some bright colourful fun!

The bride and groom had chosen a 12m x 21m marquee, which was literally positioned right on the edge of Blackpool sands beach, with a clear roof and bell-shaped end to seat their 120 guests. The integral wooden floor with champagne carpet, flat linings, and wooden-style dance floor created the perfect interior for a beach themed wedding.

Theming the marquee can be a lot of fun and we often find that our clients are brilliantly creative, using old doors, surf boards, drift wood and even lollipop sticks to fashion their table plans. One of the nicest things about our work is seeing everything come together when the marquee is fully dressed – with theming, colours, flowers, and all the bits and bobs that really make it personal, no two marquees are ever the same!
