The Advantage of Corporate Marquee Events
A marquee offers the advantage of a space that can be exactly tailored to the purpose of the corporate event. This is particularly true of our modular aluminium frame marquees: Corporate Event Marquees can be large or small, L-shaped, U-shaped, square or rectangular. They can be open-plan, or partitioned into separate areas. Doors and windows can be positioned anywhere. The type of framed white-walled marquees provided by Hatch Marquee Hire are ideal for decorating, theming, or corporate branding For example, a corporate marquee could host a sales conference during the day — simply decorated, with a stage, spotlights and areas partitioned off for smaller meetings. In the evening, the whole space could be quickly opened up for a ball, complete with atmospheric lighting effects and easily attached corporate branding

Our aims are to provide you with a fantastic tailor made venue, and to make the process as simple as possible for you : - Free Site Visit We will meet you at the proposed site to assess the site itself and it's suitability for a marquee and to then discuss your own plans and thoughts for the event itself. - Type of Marquee
We will then talk you through our choice of Corporate Marquees and advise you on which style of marquee will best suit the event that you are holding.
Having chosen the type of marquee we will then discuss what needs to be included as part of the marquee (dance floor, bar, casino tent, catering tent etc) and propose some possible layouts. From these we will then draw up formal plans that we send to you for your approval.

Corporate event marquees are a blank canvas that are perfect for allowing you to create the atmosphere that you want for your corporate event. Carpets, linings, swags and furniture can all
be provided in a variety of colours, and lighting can be used to really finish the effect off. We will discuss this with you at the site visit to get your
initial thoughts, but changes can be made at a later date as you start to finalise your plans.
- Detailed Quotation To enable you to budget accurately for the event, we will give you an estimate of the cost for the marquee which breaks all the costs down into a great deal of detail. We will send you this quotation in writing which then gives you a basis from which you can tweak your requirements.

Once you are happy with everything we will send you a contract confirming all the details. Changes can, of course, still be made after the contract has been signed
