Kate & Pete’s Wedding – 6 June 2014
Pamflete Estate was the setting for one of the spectacular weddings that took place this year in a Hatch Marquee. Katie and Pete’s wedding took place at one of our Devon field sites with views out to sea.
The build took a couple days and included a large marquee with integral wooden flooring and champagne coloured carpet. Over the dining area the bride and groom had chosen ivory star cloth linings and the dining area was subtly separated from the bar area by olive trees.
One of the spectacular focal points within the marquee was a circular mirror bar which had a large olive tree as a centre piece. Tables were decorated with lavender, hand written place settings and stunning floral displays including hydrangeas – the overall effect was stunning.
Service marquees included a catering area and separate chill out pad for the band, caterers and serving staff. The trailer toilets were housed within their own marquee, giving guests their own cloakroom with a small table and chairs.
The lovely thing about our business is that no two marquees are ever the same. A lot of careful planning and consideration is behind each marquee and it’s the small details that make the difference to the overall finish – we thought that this marquee would be a bit of ‘stunner’ and it was great to see it all come together and look so amazing.
We wanted to say the most enormous thank you for the beautiful marquee that you created for our wedding. It really was spectacular and looked just breath taking. It was so special to look around our field perched above the sea and see all our most loved friends and family enjoying themselves.
Thank you so much for making this possible. We cannot recommend Hatch more highly.
