The Advantages of Using a Marquee for Your Party Marquees have a unique atmosphere. Set up, temporarily, for a single occasion, they are a space apart from normal life, adding to the specialness of an event. In addition, marquees are very flexible. In a marquee, almost anything is possible : long, square, L-shaped, romantic, classical, themed..... You can stamp your character on the event in any way you choose, unlike in a fixed venue where the decorative possibilities may be limited, and where size and shape are fixed. In addition, hiring a marquee opens up your choice of venues. It gives you the opportunity to welcome guests to a party at home, at a time of your choosing. It also allows you to party right through the night if you desire!
Arranging your Perfect Party Marquee Our aims are to provide you with a fantastic tailor made venue, and to make the process as simple as possible for you : - Free Site Visit We will meet you at the proposed site to assess the site itself and it's suitability for a party marquee and to then discuss your own plans and thoughts for the event itself.
- Type of Marquee We will then talk you through our choice of marquees and advise you on which style of marquee will best suit the event that you are holding. - Layout of the Marquee Having chosen the type of marquee we will then discuss what needs to be included as part of the marquee (dance floor, bar, casino tent, catering tent etc) and propose some possible layouts. From these we will then draw up formal plans that we send to you for your approval.

A marquee is a blank canvas which is perfect for allowing you to create the atmosphere that you want for your event. Carpets, linings, swags and furniture can all
be provided in a variety of colours, and lighting can be used to really finish the effect off. We will discuss this with you at the site visit to get your
initial thoughts, but changes can be made at a later date as you start to finalise your plans.
- Detailed Quotation To enable you to budget accurately for the event, we will give you an estimate of the cost for the marquee which breaks all the costs down into a great deal of detail. We will send you this quotation in writing which then gives you a basis from which you can tweak your requirements.

Once you are happy with everything we will send you a contract confirming all the details. Changes can, of course, still be made after the contract has been signed.
