June Price Match Promotion

Given the current uncertain economic conditions, we want you to be confident that you are going to get not only a fantastic marquee and service, but also excellent value for money as well. We are therefore offering a ‘price match’ promotion for the months of June and July on all bookings for 2008 and 2009.

• We will provide you with a first class service and top quality marquees and equipment at the right price

• When we price match our initial quote then this will in no way affect the quality of marquees, ancillary equipment, or service that we provide you

• We will still be using our fixed pricing structure so you can be confident that we will not increase prices on any additional items ordered at a later date

• You will therefore be getting top quality marquees and service at the best price with the confidence that prices will not increase in the future to compensate for the initial discounts

• We will attempt to match prices on a like for like basis wherever possible. Many companies will offer different size and quality marquees and have different internal furnishings so matching exactly may sometimes be difficult

• The important thing is to speak to us, tell us what you have been offered and we will do our best to help

Terms and Conditions

The price match offer is subject to quotes being on a like for like basis and is subject to the required stock being available.

The Price Match promotion is currently planned to run during the months of June and July 2008 and is on all bookings taking during June and July (subject to a minimum hire value of £1,000) where the event is planned for 2008 or 2009.

To be able to offer the price match then we will require a copy of the competitors quote in writing showing exactly what is included in the price

Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match promotion to genuine customers, the acceptance of all price matches is ultimately at the discretion of Hatch Marquee Hire Ltd, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

This promotion is being trialled in June and July and may be extended beyond this period

We are unable to match prices retrospectively. Proof of the price we are matching will be required prior to us issuing contracts. No further price matching will be available after contracts have been issued.

Winter Discounts

Taking more bookings during this period enables us to retain more of our trained seasonal staff on a full time basis and means that you benefit from receiving our high quality marquees and service at a reduced price.

Our modern marquees come with the option of having full integral wooden flooring to ensure that inclement winter weather does not cause any problems and efficient marquee heaters keep you guests nice and snug! One of the benefits of having a marquee during the Autumn or Winter is that the darker evenings allow you to benefit from all the various lighting options that are available. It is possible to create a truly spectacular venue for your winter wedding or ball, Christmas party, or other event.
